General Labour – Records & Warehouse Support – Hamilton, ON

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Pivotal Staffing Solutions is currently hiring General Labour Workers for our client in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity for reliable and physically capable individuals who are comfortable with lifting, organizing, and handling confidential materials in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

- Load and unload boxes containing confidential records and documents.
- Handle boxes weighing approximately 12–50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Organize and arrange boxes on warehouse shelving according to customer requests.
- Reorganize and relocate stored boxes as required.
- Assist with document and material shredding projects when assigned.
- Safely lift, carry, and move materials throughout the workday.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all workplace safety and handling procedures.




- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset.
- Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain positive attendance.
- Strong attention to detail when handling confidential materials.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Secondary school education is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Hamilton, ON.
