Day and afternoon shift

Duties

Inbound & Receiving

- Access customer systems (SAP) to receive inbound orders.

- Receive various courier types (box trucks, sprinter vans, personal vehicles, tractor trailers, etc.) using manual unloading methods, forklifts, and pump trucks.

- Perform inbound receiving inspections to verify quantities, part numbers, and delivery locations.

- Perform storage/putaway of inventory into correct home locations.

- Utilize high-reach forklifts to access high bay racking for putaways and inventory tasks and operating Counterbalance forklift.

Order Fulfillment & Outbound

- Monitor SAP for customer picklists and fulfill orders using warehouse inventory.

- Ensure accuracy and quality of all inbound and outbound orders.

- Place outbound orders into correct skids, bins, or carts for plant delivery.

- Prepare skids and shipments for transport.

-Verify Purchase orders and Bills of lading.





- Deliver urgent expedites to customer facilities using a company-provided vehicle.

Inventory & Equipment

- Complete daily inventory tasks, including cycle counts.

- Perform daily pre-operational inspections of forklifts and expedite vehicles as required.

Communication & Customer Support

- Maintain direct communication with internal teams and external customers.

- Correspond with end-users to troubleshoot operational issues (picklists, breakdowns, delivery locations, etc.).

- Conduct email follow-ups and regular communications.

- Answer General Stores receiving and VLM desk phones.

- Perform additional warehouse duties as required by management.

-Experience on forklift, RF scanner, computer

Must have full G license and a clean abstract

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
