**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**

**Job Description**

This role involves working in a busy distribution center to accurately pick and pack customer orders, handle materials, and support overall warehouse operations.

You will use RF scanners and other warehouse tools to ensure orders are prepared correctly, safely, and on time.

**Responsibilities**

+ Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners and other warehouse tools.
+ Bag loose quantities of product according to order specifications and packaging standards.
+ Bring picked and packed orders to the designated staging area for shipping and further processing.
+ Perform general labor tasks within the warehouse, including loading, unloading, and organizing materials.
+ Handle materials safely, including lifting and moving items weighing 50+ lbs consistently.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety procedures.
+ Follow all standard operating procedures and productivity targets for picking, packing, and material handling.
+ Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues and ensure smooth workflow.
+ Use warehouse equipment and tools responsibly and report any issues or maintenance needs promptly.

**Essential Skills**

+ At least 2+ years of warehouse experience in a distribution or similar environment.
+ Proven experience with order picking and packing processes.
+ Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift.
+ Experience using RF scanners for picking and inventory tasks.
+ Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and packaging.
+ Ability to perform general labor and material handling tasks safely and efficiently.
+ Reliability and punctuality for afternoon/2nd shift work.
+ Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and standard operating procedures.

**Work Environment**

This position is based in a distribution center environment on the afternoon/2nd shift, typically from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The work involves standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the shift in an active warehouse setting.

You will use RF scanners and standard material handling equipment while working in a structured, safety-focused environment.

An in office gym is available for employee use, and the facility operates with clear procedures and productivity expectations.





**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Woodbridge, ON.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.92 - $19.92/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

**Workplace Type**
This is a fully onsite position in Woodbridge,ON.
