DH Supply Chain is a self-run warehousing company specializing in overseas warehouses in Canada. Our company has 16 years of service experience, mainly providing one-stop service for cross-border e-commerce sellers, integrating professional overseas warehouse service, customs clearance service, logistics warehousing service, and truck transportation service in North America, and guaranteeing to provide customers with 24-hour service throughout Canada.

We are now looking for Logistics Coordinator to support end-to-end ocean import/export operations. This role is based in our Markham office and is responsible for document coordination, carrier and vendor communication, container pickup and return arrangements, and daily follow-up with freight forwarders, trucking companies, terminals, and customers.

Responsibilities

1. Customer Coordination & Support

- Serve as a primary point of contact for cross-border e-commerce seller clients in China.
- Respond to daily customer inquiries regarding overseas warehouse inbound receiving, outbound fulfillment, exception handling, returns, and transfer services.
- Provide timely and professional solutions to customer requests and operational issues.
- Maintain positive and long-term customer relationships.

2. System & Data Operations

- Operate the Lingxing system for daily warehouse and order management activities.
- Perform inventory adjustments, data synchronization, and correction of system or data discrepancies.
- Identify and follow up on data-related issues when necessary.

3. Warehouse & Logistics Billing

- Calculate and verify customer charges based on actual usage of overseas warehouse services.
- Review billing items such as storage space,



order processing volume, and value-added services.
- Confirm applicable fees and maintain accurate daily billing records within the system.

4. Courier Billing & Reconciliation

- Work with major courier and logistics providers, including UPS, FedEx, and Purolator.
- Verify charges related to dimensional weight, fuel surcharges, residential surcharges, and other applicable fees and ensure shipping and logistics charges are accurate and properly recorded.

5. Cross-Department Coordination

- Accurately communicate customers' special operational requirements to warehouse personnel.
- Coordinate requests such as relabeling, kitting/assembly, disposal, and other value-added services.
- Follow up on the progress and completion of special requests.
- Communicate processing results and updates to customers in a timely manner.

Qualifications

- College diploma or above.
- Previous experience in cross-border e-commerce, overseas warehouse operations/customer service, supply chain & logistics, or international freight forwarding is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience with warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or logistics platforms is an asset.
- Experience with the Lingxing system is an asset.

Working hour: Monday-Friday: 9:00-17:30

Weekends might be needed to reply messages

Language: Mandarin*AND* English

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
