Duties

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Assist customers with product selection
- Manage merchandising displays to ensure attractive and organized product presentation
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts
- Upsell products by highlighting promotions and new arrivals to increase sales opportunities
- Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and ensure stock levels are adequate through inventory management
- Handle cashiering duties efficiently, including basic math calculations for transactions and giving correct change
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate tasks and improve store operations

Requirements





- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred; technical sales experience is a plus
- Robust communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic math skills for cash handling
- Ability to perform merchandising tasks and manage inventory accurately
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
- Demonstrated organizational skills to keep the store tidy and well-stocked
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to engage with customers professionally
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed
- ProServe licence is required
