Pizza Pizza in Orillia is seeking a reliable and motivated Pizza Cook to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing pizzas and other menu items according to company standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook pizzas, wings, and other menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Stretch dough, apply toppings, and operate pizza ovens safely and efficiently.
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of shortages.
- Receive and store food supplies properly.
- Keep kitchen equipment and work areas clean and organized.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Provide excellent customer service when interacting with guests.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service,



restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Robust understanding of food handling procedures and hygiene practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly attitude toward customers
- Basic knowledge of the food industry and meal preparation processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to cooking and cleaning
