Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and optimization of advanced antenna systems utilizing tools such as ANSYS electromagnetic simulation software.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical engineering teams to integrate antenna solutions seamlessly into larger system architectures.
- Develop detailed schematics, CAD models (using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, SolidWorks), and mechanical layouts for antenna components and assemblies.
- Drive system-level design efforts incorporating FPGA programming, firmware development, signal processing algorithms, and embedded C++ or Python scripting.
- Conduct rigorous testing, debugging, and validation of antenna prototypes through simulation and physical measurement techniques.
- Oversee manufacturing processes by providing technical guidance on fabrication tolerances, materials selection, and quality assurance standards.




- Utilize electrical engineering principles alongside mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to electromagnetic performance or mechanical integrity.
- Document design specifications, system schematics, and firmware/software workflows clearly for cross-team collaboration.
- Mentor junior engineers in technical skills such as MATLAB modeling, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), electrical schematics, and CAD tools.

Experience

- Proven experience in leading antenna design projects within telecommunications or aerospace sectors.
- Extensive knowledge of electromagnetic simulation software such as ANSYS HFSS or CST Microwave Studio.
- Robust background in electrical engineering with expertise in signal processing, system design, and firmware development using C++, Pyt

Pay: $110,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
