Hey everyone, Refire kitchen is looking for a seasoned production cook to join our team. Please read the description before applying. Not interested in applicants without the necessary experience. This position will require experience, red seal certification is an asset but not a must have. We are looking for someone that has a good grasp of a broad range of cooking fundamentals such as sauce making, soups, braising, smoking, knife handling etc.. High volume experience is an asset and so is proficiency in cooking large quantities of food (think large hotel night banquets). This candidate must be able to work weekends and the schedule will be 12:00pm - 8:00pm. We’re a pretty awesome place to work, everybody chips in and helps with everything. Our kitchen is big, full of brand new equipment, clean, and not hot at all like most industrial kitchens.



We are a fun versatile environment with lots of room to grow as we expand. We have 4 retail stores and also 3 locations within a busy local grocery store. Again, we are a high volume production kitchen not a restaurant so there is no lunch or dinner service.
