Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in food service, hospitality, and customer relations within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests promptly and courteously, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist in food preparation when necessary and maintain cleanliness of workstations
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing inquiries,



resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Follow all restaurant policies related to food safety, sanitation, and hospitality standards

Skills

- Experience with POS systems, especially Micros POS preferred
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently
- Proven background in food service or restaurant experience within the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation procedures
- Basic math skills for cashiering and bill calculations
- Ability to perform food preparation tasks as needed and assist kitchen staff when required
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and proper serving techniques
- Effective communication skills for guest interactions and teamwork
- Hospitality-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction and upselling opportunities

Pay: $18.25 per hour
