Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Play Center Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for children and their families. You will interact with guests, manage activities, and ensure that all areas of the play center are clean and well-maintained. Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about the play center's activities and rules.
- Processing payments and managing transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the play center, including play equipment, restrooms, and common areas.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the facility.
- Clean & sanitize the facility before, during, & after playground bookings (drop in play, birthday parties,



camps and school trips)
- Party Host Duties : Setup/Take down party decorations, Assist customers takin supplies to party room
- Cafe work duties - Prep and server drinks and food
- Organize & return toys to their designated playrooms
- Contact guests regarding booking, protocols & invoicing
- Enforce playground rules and regulations
- Ensuring public safety protocols are followed

Requirements

- Robust customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent public speaking abilities to engage with guests effectively.
- A friendly demeanor with a passion for creating enjoyable experiences for families.

Hour Expectations

15-25 hours per week.
