Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated 310T and 310S Mechanical Technician to join our energetic maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heavy-duty equipment, including trucks, excavators, cranes, and industrial machinery. Your expertise will ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our fleet and equipment. Duties

- Perform routine inspections, diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance on 310T and 310S trucks and related heavy equipment.
- Use hand tools, power tools, schematics, and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Conduct heavy lifting and assembly tasks safely using appropriate rigging techniques and heavy equipment operation skills.
- Repair and maintain excavators, cranes, forklifts, farm machinery, HVAC systems, and other industrial equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all maintenance activities and document service reports accurately.
- Assist with welding repairs and fabrication work as needed to restore or modify machinery components.




- Support customer service efforts by providing timely repairs that minimize downtime for clients or internal operations.

Requirements

- Proven experience working as a mechanic in a dealership or heavy equipment environment with a strong background in automotive repair.
- Hands-on experience with Caterpillar machinery or similar brands is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with schematics, electrical systems, and industrial equipment operation.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes when necessary.
- Knowledge of welding techniques and use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by excellent problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Certification or training in heavy equipment operation or industrial maintenance is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $20.42-$44.20 per hour
