We are an accounting, tax and advisory practice located in Calgary, AB. We are a growing team that is looking for a Administrative Assistant to join as our newest member.

Job Description:

We are a professional team of tax and financial experts who need your help in staying organized and on top of our client's success. The firm has a strong reputation in the business community which has resulted in continual growth.

We are seeking administrative assistance to support our growing clientele and team The role will allow you to flex your organizational and office skills while exposing you to different software.

The role requires a robust attention to detail, an eagerness and ability to quickly learn and adapt, and a positive attitude. Being comfortable in a support role assisting other team members and clients is a must.

A background in an administrative roles would be seen as an asset, but is not necessarily required. For the right candidate who is ready to eager to support, work, and learn, we are happy to show you the ropes in your first administrative role.

You will be trained in the position by our Administrative Lead. Training will teach you how to support setting up and maintaining various engagements to ensure a successful and positive experience for our clients and team, as well as how to help keep office operations running smoothly.

Duties include:

- Preparing draft, final, and signature request packages for clients
- Receiving documents from clients, coordinating their scanning and electronic filing, and maintaining an organized filing system
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders and other team members,



including greeting office guests, answering and directing emails and phone calls, and scheduling meetings
- Updating and maintaining our client database
- Prepare correspondence, both electronic and hard copy, and other documents
- Coordinate and liaise with Canada Revenue Agency, Couriers, office food and supply delivery, among others
- Maintain office cleanliness by following established procedures and standards
- Assist in onboarding of new clients
- Perform other duties as assigned by Administrative Lead and Partners

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Ability and attitude to follow direction and be coachable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new programs
- Use of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39,000.00-$57,500.00 per year
