We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Cook to join our vibrant restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with teamwork, attention to detail and further experience. The Line Cook will play a vital part in ensuring the quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all menu items.

Duties

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Must be able to withstand long hours standing
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to food safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy hours
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to maintain smooth kitchen operations
- Follow proper food safety protocols at all times,



including proper storage and sanitation practices

Experience

- Previous experience of 3+ years in a restaurant or food service environment is mandatory
- Familiarity with food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with meal preparation and plating presentation is a plus
- Strong understanding of the food industry standards for cleanliness, safety, and efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards

Minimum hours to start - 20 Hours

Start at part time and work towards full-time hours based on performance and capabilities.
