The Role
As Team Lead, you'll be the backbone of our growing operation. Your responsibilities include:
- Conduct residential cleans yourself (approximately 60% of your time)
- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 cleaners on our proprietary all-natural methods and exacting standards
- Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure every job meets our premium service level
- Manage client relationships with professionalism and care, gathering feedback and addressing concerns
- Train and develop newer team members, leading by example and fostering a culture of excellence
- Build trust with families by demonstrating knowledge about safe, non-toxic cleaning and our ingredient transparency
- Report to ownership on team performance, identify growth opportunities, and suggest process improvements
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure reliable, on-time service delivery
This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling, ideal for someone seeking supplemental income with genuine growth potential into management. As we scale, your leadership will be instrumental to our success.

Our Values (What We Stand For)
- Safety First: We prioritize the health of babies and families above all else. Every product we use, every practice we follow, is chosen with young children in mind.
- Complete Transparency: We share ingredient lists, formulations, and our process openly. No secrets, no harsh chemicals,
no surprises.
- Premium Quality: We're not a budget cleaning service. We're premium because we care deeply about the details and the outcomes.
- Sustainability: We make our own all-natural solutions, minimize waste, and operate with environmental responsibility.
- Family-Centered Care: We understand the pressure and vulnerability of managing a home with young children. We approach every job with compassion and respect.
- Team Excellence: We invest in our people because they represent us. Strong leadership, continuous learning, and mutual respect define our culture.

- Strong reliability, punctuality, and work ethic (families depend on us to show up and deliver)
- Natural leadership ability: comfort leading by example, communicating clearly, and mentoring others
- Experience with all-natural or eco-friendly cleaning solutions (preferred; we'll train on our specific formulations)
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot on the job and support team coordination
