Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Spray Painter to join our painting team. We paint anything and everything from large scale multi residential new builds, warehouses, office buildings, ceiling decks, sewer pipes, equipment, drywall, bridges and more. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint/epoxy finishes to a variety of substrates. Your expertise in spray painting techniques, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with tools will contribute to the production of durable, visually appealing finished goods. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality
- Operate spray painting equipment, including airless sprayers and pneumatic sprayersP (High Volume Low Pressure) systems, with precision and safety awareness
- Mix paints, primers, and coatings accurately according to specifications using basic math skills
- Inspect finished products for quality, consistency, and adherence to color standards
- Maintain a clean work area by properly disposing of waste materials and cleaning tools and equipment regularly
- Follow safety protocols diligently,



including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks, gloves, and goggles
- Collaborate with team members on assembly processes when necessary, supporting overall production flow

Requirements

- Proven experience in spray painting within a commercial or industrial jobsite setting
- Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools, hand tools, and spray equipment
- Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- Basic math skills for mixing paints and measuring components
- Valid certifications for operating ariel boom and scissor lifts advantageous but not mandatory
- Solid attention to detail with the ability to identify imperfections in painted surfaces
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks safely
