Cedarview Animal Hospital is growing, and we need another great person on our Client Care team.

This job is the front line of the hospital. You're often the first person a worried pet owner talks to, and the one keeping our 6 vets' schedules running smoothly behind the scenes. Day to day, you'll be:

- Greeting clients and patients as they come in
- Booking and managing appointments across the team
- Handling phone calls, emails, and messages
- Putting together correspondence and medical paperwork
- Processing invoices and taking payment

We're an independently, locally owned hospital which means we make decisions with our patients, clients, and team in mind. We're also AAHA accredited, and we offer general practice, rehab, and reproduction services.

Previous veterinary experience is required for this role. Beyond that, we're after someone enthusiastic and compassionate, comfortable in a busy team environment, and genuinely passionate about the human-animal bond.

Pay: $23.40-$25.93 per hour
