What You Will Be Doing

- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial electrical systems
- Read and interpret drawings, schematics, and specifications
- Perform quality workmanship while meeting safety and code standards
- Maintain tools, materials, and a clean, organized worksite

Pay

We believe you should know exactly how you’re paid.

Apprentice Electricians

- 1st Year – $24.86/hr

($22.00 base + $0.44 sick + $2.20 vacation + $0.22 pension)

- 2nd Year – $29.83/hr

($26.40 base + $0.53 sick + $2.64 vacation + $0.26 pension)

- 3rd Year – $34.80/hr

($30.80 base + $0.62 sick + $3.08 vacation + $0.31 pension)

- 4th Year – $39.78/hr

($35.20 base + $0.70 sick + $3.52 vacation + $0.35 pension)

Journeyman Electrician

- $49.72/hr

($44.00 base + $0.88 sick + $4.40 vacation + $0.44 pension)

Effective September 6, 2026 a wage increase will take effect!

1st Year - $27.12/hr ($24.00 base + $0.48 sick + $2.40 vacation +$0.24 pension)

2nd Year - $32.54/hr ($28.80 base + $0.58 sick + $2.88 vacation +$0.29 pension)

3rd Year - $37.97/hr ($33.60 base + $0.67 sick + $3.36 vacation +$0.34 pension)

4th Year - $43.39/hr ($38.40 base + $0.77 sick + $3.84 vacation +$0.38 pension)





Journeyman - $54.24/hr ($48.00 base + $0.96 sick + $4.80 vacation +$0.48 pension)
