We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Live-In Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in Toronto, Ontario.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes pride in their work, pays close attention to detail, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, professional, and committed to providing excellent service to residents.

Previous experience as a superintendent or in property management, building maintenance, or a related field is considered an asset. The successful candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent attention to detail, basic maintenance and troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to work independently and take initiative.

The starting salary is approximately $40,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a live-in position and includes an apartment as part of the compensation package.
