Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Crew Member to join our team in delivering exceptional customer service and high-quality food. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, preparing food, handling transactions, and ensuring sanitation standards are maintained. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to creating a positive experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards and recipes
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces
- Handle food safely following all health regulations and food safety protocols
- Manage cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for change and totals
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities




- Assist with food presentation and ensure timely service during busy hours
- Follow all sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment

Skills

- Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures
- Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is advantageous
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Upselling skills to promote menu items and enhance sales performance

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
