**What are your contributions to the team?**

+ Identify the needs of the various sectors of the plant and translate them into projects for layout, infrastructure, or facility improvements.
+ Develop and recommend secure, innovative solutions tailored to the needs of internal clients and operations.
+ Manage the entire project lifecycle, from needs assessment to commissioning, ensuring adherence to budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
+ Simultaneously lead multiple projects and initiatives, balancing competing priorities, operational constraints, and company objectives.

+ ct as a central point of contact between internal clients, internal teams, contractors, and management to facilitate decision-making and project execution.
+ Monitor contractors and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the safety, efficiency, and performance of the facilities.
+ Anticipate risks, constraints, and operational impacts to ensure project success and business continuity.
+ Effectively communicate project progress, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
+ Manage projects involving the addition, replacement, or relocation of production equipment, infrastructure improvements,



workspace design, health and safety, regulatory compliance, and operational optimization.

**How to thrive in this role?**

+ Vous détenez un diplôme universitaire ou collégial en génie industriel, génie mécanique, génie civil, architecture ou dans un domaine connexe.
+ Vous possédez au moins trois (3) ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans un environnement industriel ou manufacturier.
+ Vous êtes axé sur les résultats et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à évoluer dans un environnement où les priorités changent rapidement.
+ Vous faites preuve d'un excellent sens de l'organisation, d'autonomie, de leadership et d'une forte capacité à résoudre des problèmes.
+ Vous excellez dans la communication, vulgarisez facilement des informations techniques et collaborez aisément avec des équipes multidisciplinaires et des partenaires externes.
+ Vous maîtrisez les outils de la suite Microsoft Office et MS Project; une connaissance d'AutoCAD ou la certification PMP constitue un atout.
+ Vous êtes intéressés à évoluer dans un milieu de travail dynamique et innovateur.
