CNC Programmer Metal Working | Advanced CAM Programming (DMG MORI Experience Required)

Pay Rate: $25 $30/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with strong expertise in advanced metalworking and precision machining. The ideal candidate must have

hands-on experience working with DMG MORI CNC machines, along with robust proficiency in Mastercam and other CAM platforms for multi-axis

machining operations.

This role involves programming complex parts for high-precision manufacturing in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining operations

- Create toolpaths using Mastercam and other CAM software

- Program and operate DMG MORI CNC machines for precision machining

- Perform simulation, post-processing, and program validation

- Design fixtures and workholding solutions

- Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and quality

- Troubleshoot CNC programs and reduce cycle times

- Support prototype and production machining





- Ensure tight tolerance and engineering drawing compliance
