As we expand into the Winnipeg market, we're seeking motivated, talented Sales Representatives to help us grow.

The Opportunity

As a Roofing & Exterior Sales Representative, you'll generate new business and build lasting relationships with homeowners and property managers across Winnipeg and the surrounding area. Manitoba's storm and hail seasons drive robust demand for roofing restoration and exterior repairs — and you'll be at the front of it.

What you'll do

- Meet with prospective customers to assess their roofing and exterior needs
- Educate customers on the benefits of our roofing and restoration solutions
- Provide accurate quotes and proposals
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices

What you bring





- 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in storm/hail restoration, roofing, siding, or construction
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of roofing or exterior systems is an asset
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
