We are a fast-growing metal roofing company expanding across Canada.

We're looking for driven, competitive door-to-door sales representatives who want to earn strong income in a performance-based setting.

This role is ideal for someone confident in person, resilient with rejection, and motivated by commission. This is a performance-driven role with strong income potential for the right candidate.

How it works:

When our crew installs a metal roof in a neighbourhood, we deploy our sales reps to canvass the surrounding streets the same day. Neighbours can see the installation happening in real time — the interest is already there. Your job is to start the conversation and convert that into booked estimates or closed deals.

What you'll be doing:

- Canvass residential streets surrounding active installation sites

- Engage homeowners and present our metal roofing solutions

- Book in-home estimates and close deals directly

- Follow up with interested neighbours via calls and texts

- Coordinate daily with our installation schedule





What we're looking for:

- Comfortable approaching strangers and initiating conversations

- Strong communication skills and objection handling

- Self-motivated and resilient — not every door opens

- Valid G driver's licence and reliable vehicle

- Sales or construction experience preferred but not required

Compensation:

- 2.5% commission on the referred project value (average project value $9,000)

- 50% commission on any additional project value you generate in the neighbourhood

- Full project value ranges from $5,000 - $30,000+

- High income potential for high performers
