This role combines mentoring, motivating, and engaging with team members to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities:

- Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report associates
- Oversee truck deliveries and sort packages efficiently
- Manage daily operations and adjust staff as needed
- Ensure safety and performance standards are met
- Conduct final shift walkthroughs for team preparedness Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in progress
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 49 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts
