The Associate Vice President(s) of Logistics will assist the Vice President of Logistics with inventory and event operations. This includes supporting fittings, managing suit pick-ups/returns, handling deposits, and helping maintain storage and booking logistics.

Time CommitmentTypically 5 hours per week, up to 10 hours per week in November/March

Term of EmploymentAugust 2026 - April 2027

Main Responsibilities

- Help manage the SSU inventory booking system
- Distribute and collect suits, checking for damages
- Track and return deposits accurately
- Coordinate with students on pick-up times and rental status

Qualifications

- Organized and dependable
- Effective communicator and team collaborator
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Prior logistics or customer-facing experience is an asset
