Details:

The Building Caretaker is responsible for maintaining a clean and presentable building, both inside and outside, on a daily basis, but will also support building operations and assist with administrative tasks.

Available Shift:

- Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Versatile)
- No fixed location: You'll be moving around the Greater Vancouver area to cover/support our buildings as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Clean the common areas of the building.
- Assist in building move-ins / move-outs.
- Handle administrative tasks such as emails, amenity bookings, supply management, and incident reporting.
- Inspect the building regularly for cleanliness, safety, and maintenance needs.
- Program enter-phone codes and fobs.
- Support the property manager with notices, letters, and rule enforcement.




- Assist first responders and execute emergency protocol.
- Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs (e.g., lighting, painting, drywall, power washing, snow/ice removal).
- Other duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hands-on skills in general maintenance (painting, cleaning, repairs, pressure washing).
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Friendly, customer-focused attitude.
- Able to lift 20 lbs and climb a 5ft ladder
- Able to use cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Open to cleaning light biohazard waste.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and online tools
- Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and products
