The Opportunity

We?re looking to fill an opening for a Senior Business Operations Manager.

Reporting to the VP, Business Initiatives & Operations, the Senior Business Operations Manager, is responsible for executing Asset Management?s strategic priorities, ensuring plans are translated into action and delivered effectively. This role focuses on activating strategy, driving initiative execution, and maintaining robust discipline across planning, reporting, and governance.

What your day looks like:

Strategic Planning & Initiative Delivery

Manage annual departmental business planning processes, translating strategic direction into actionable plans and deliverables

Coordinate annual budget and FTE planning, ensuring resources are effectively allocated

Support the planning, prioritization, and sequencing of strategic initiatives across Asset Management

Manage the enterprise delivery intake process, ensuring initiatives are documented, assessed, and progressed through governance

Oversee execution of key initiatives, ensuring timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are actively managed and reported

Directly lead and deliver select strategic projects, ensuring outcomes are achieved and aligned to business priorities

Business Reporting & Performance Management

Produce the annual Asset Management Balanced Scorecard and coordinate the creation of departmental scorecards to support business oversight

Maintain Balanced scorecard and departmental scorecards, ensuring performance is tracked and reported consistently

Prepare Executive Committee (EC) reporting

Ensure reporting is consistent, actionable, and aligned to leadershi

Work location On site

Salary $ 115,000 to $ 135,000 YEAR annually
