The HR Business Partner role encompasses strategic advisory responsibilities while tackling key challenges in recruitment, training, and organizational behavior within a healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR generalist support across assigned client groups

- Manage employee relations, grievance processes, and compliance
- Evaluate HR trends through data analysis for strategic insights

- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
- 3-5 years’ HR experience across multiple disciplines
