Elevate childcare by becoming a Childminding Supervisor at Sun Peaks Resort. Lead a team while ensuring safety and quality care in our licensed facility this Winter season. We seek an experienced Early Childhood Educator to oversee our dynamic childcare program.

As the Childminding Supervisor, you will manage daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure the well-being of children engaged in various activities. Your leadership will foster an environment where young children can learn and thrive while parents enjoy their time at the resort. Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee schedules and staff compliance with regulations
- Enforce equipment safety standards for on-snow lessons
- Maintain thorough communication with parents on care and activities
- Ensure hygiene practices and facility security are met
- Assist management with compliance and documentation Requirements:
- Valid E.C.E License in British Columbia
- Minimum three years of childcare experience, one year supervising
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Must pass criminal record check for working with children
