In this full-time pastoral role, you will oversee the growth of children's and youth ministries at Faith Fellowship Baptist Church.

As a devoted follower of Jesus Christ, you will develop discipleship strategies and foster team-building among our ministry leaders. Collaboration with the Senior Pastor and church leadership will be key to your efforts to cultivate a vibrant faith community. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and develop children’s and youth programs
- Implement mentorship and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with senior leadership and deacons
- Participate in regular planning meetings
- Be an example of authentic Christian faith Requirements:
- Full-time ministry experience preferred
- Solid leadership and team-building skills
