We are currently looking for a Client Partner who knows how to build true business relationships based on collaboration and empathy. This person will roll up their sleeves to solve complex issues by identifying the right colleagues/partners to elevate the quality of our projects. They are passionate, want to revolutionize how products go to market, and have their own point of view about how to create today’s communication campaigns.

Our candidate values personal development and wants to continue to perfect the art of project management under the guidance of the Client Partner Director, who is always reinventing ways to work as a team. The client partner is excited to work in a small studio that’s structured like a big agency, where their impact and contribution are significant, and where they are an integral part of a big family.

Hard Skills

Project management

- Work as a duo with the strategic team like Sonny and Cher
- Be a strategic whiz when it comes to digital projects (budget, finances, project profitability, distribution to teams, etc.)
- Master the art of communication by keeping clients, their teams, and suppliers up to date about the status of all projects
- Have one or several experiences in digital redesign or e-commerce up their sleeve
- Maintain an overview of all projects,



while understanding when to focus on the financial-health performance of projects and deliverables

Client management and product love

- Work in partner mode with clients at all times
- Help clients develop a multidisciplinary approach to guide them to the right tools and teams at TUX
- Educate clients on how to elevate their products to new levels
- Be an intermediary between creative, strategy, and key clients to help the right creative concepts reach their full potential
- Influence and recommend best practices to grow together as a team and collectively develop knowledge and skills
