Parkdale Queen West Community Health Centre in downtown Toronto is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide client-centred care across life stages in a clinic setting. The RN will work to their full scope of practice as part of an interprofessional team.

Within a harm reduction framework, the role focuses on health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease management, education and supportive care, with opportunities for home visits and outreach nursing.
