You'll collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, ensuring accurate demand signals and lifecycle planning. Managing end-to-end S&OP; processes and leading a team of Demand Planners, you'll establish a culture centered on analytical rigor and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Own 12-to-18-month rolling demand forecasts for all channels
- Partner with teams for consensus forecasting and promotional planning




- Set inventory targets and safety stock policies
- Champion planning for New Product Introductions and transitions
- Lead monthly executive S&OP; meetings for alignment Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in Supply Chain or related field
- 3+ years in demand planning roles
- Experience across retail, wholesale, and DTC channels
- Proficient in Excel and demand planning platforms
