- Direct daily operations to achieve excellence goals
- Communicate with children, families, and ministry personnel
- Provide leadership through training and coaching
- Safeguard health and wellness of all Centre members

- Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree required
- RECE in valuable standing with relevant supervisory experience
- Childcare Management certificate is preferred
- Understanding of CCYEA standards and regulations
