- Oversee safety compliance during all tasks and operations
- Conduct inspections, disassemble, and reassemble motors
- Test and calibrate equipment to meet quality standards
- Support apprentices and guide them in skill development
- Maintain accurate records of QAQC documentation Requirements:
- Experience in electric motor preservation or similar roles
- Standard First Aid certification (available for candidates)
- Clean Class 5 Driver’s License is mandatory
- Capable of lifting 50 lbs in a busy environment
