The role focuses on problem-solving, critical inquiry, and providing education to meet the needs of individuals and communities. Critical thinking and relational practice are key as you engage with patients and families in a culturally sensitive manner. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver nursing services across holistic practices
- Monitor and document patient health and progress
- Administer medications and conduct patient assessments
- Work closely with community physicians for care coordination
- Employ team-oriented leadership within the healthcare team Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required
- Current practice permit from CARNA needed
- Valid BCLS certification essential
- Two years of nursing experience required
- Knowledge of Indigenous culture highly valued Contribute to positive health outcomes and community strengthening as a vital member of Fort McKay's healthcare team.
