We are looking for an entrepreneurial, relationship-driven diamond and jewelry professional to join our core team—not simply as a retail salesperson, but as a potential long-term sales and operating partner.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As our Founding Sales & Growth Partner, you will represent LOVEONLY in the showroom: welcoming clients, hosting the LOVEONLY experience, understanding their needs, recommending the right diamond or bespoke jewelry solution, and confidently guiding the relationship toward a sale.

Beyond showroom appointments, you will also generate business by developing relationships with clients, communities, wedding professionals, hotels, real estate professionals, corporate partners, influencers, and other referral channels.

This opportunity is designed for someone who combines diamond and jewelry expertise, robust sales ability, and entrepreneurial initiative—with the potential to grow into a leadership or store operating role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Host the LOVEONLY One & Only Experience
- Understand each client’s occasion, preferences, timeline, and budget
- Present natural and lab-grown diamonds, engagement rings, anniversary jewelry, and bespoke options
- Build trust,



provide thoughtful recommendations, and close sales
- Prepare quotations and maintain consistent client follow-up
- Develop referral channels and generate qualified appointments
- Build relationships with wedding professionals, hotels, influencers, communities, and local businesses
- Represent LOVEONLY at selected events and partnership activities
- Work directly with the founder to strengthen the sales and growth model

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have substantial experience in one or more of the following:

- Diamond or fine jewelry retail sales
- Diamond or jewelry wholesale and business development
- Bespoke jewelry consultation and client relationship management
- Luxury jewelry channel development or partnership building

Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry products, client needs, and the sales process is essential. This is not an entry-level position. Candidates without relevant diamond or jewelry industry experience will not be considered.

The ideal candidate

- Has a proven record in consultative, relationship-based sales
- Can independently serve high-value clients and close sales
- Proactively creates clients and partnerships rather than waiting for walk-in traffic
- Communicates clearly and professionally in English
- Is polished, dependable, organized, and consistent in following up
- Wants to help build a growing brand and business
