- Assess and respond to patient conditions promptly
- Participate in multidisciplinary health care teams
- Independently plan and deliver anesthesia care
- Maintain an ethical framework in care provision
- Engage in lifelong learning and clinical competence Requirements:
- Accredited Anesthesia Assistant program completion
- Certified Clinical Anesthesia Assistant (CCAA) credential
- Good standing with CRTO or CNO
- At least 2 years of recent critical care experience
