As the Global Associate Manager for Scientific Program Development at DECIEM, you will play an essential role in driving product innovation across top-tier brands like NIOD and The Ordinary. This position is a contract for 18 months and allows you to engage deeply with both New and Existing Product Development. Key Responsibilities:



• Coordinate detailed project timelines and workflows • Manage stakeholder communications from project initiation to scale • Facilitate the formula transfer for commercial production • Maintain project tracking dashboards and financial accuracy • Train team members on project management protocols

Requirements: • 2+ years supporting Senior Leaders • Bachelor's or equivalent in Cosmetics or Science • 3+ years Project Management experience in cosmetics • High proficiency in G-Suite and Office applications • Strong organizational and time management skills
