This role is a 6-month contract requiring 3-5 years of experience in Third-Party Risk Management, vendor governance, and risk assessment.

You'll coordinate efforts across multiple business functions and ensure third-party risks are effectively managed in alignment with GreenShield's policies. Robust stakeholder engagement and analytical skills will be critical for successful collaboration. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate TPRM assessments for vendors throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate with various departments for risk mitigation strategies




- Manage due diligence reviews and risk exceptions
- Track incidents and manage corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with TPRM policies and support audits Requirements:
- 3–5 years experience in risk management or compliance
- Proven ability to manage vendor assessment processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with technology, SaaS, or managed services
- Relevant certifications such as CTPRP or equivalent Lead comprehensive risk governance initiatives with GreenShield as a Third-Party Risk & Governance Specialist.
