Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Practice Manager II in Elizabeth City, NC. The role partners with clinical leadership to ensure effective operations of one or more clinics with 11-24 staff, in a dyad model. Hours are typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing customer service, budget, risk and compliance, and driving improvements in financial performance, patient experience, and team performance.
