Join our Hotel Operations team as a Front Desk Agent for Lizard Creek Lodge & Slopeside Lodge. This is a front desk, guest facing position where you will ensure the first line of contact with our guests is running smoothly. Expectations &

Responsibilities

- complete hotel reservations, maintain current bookings and enforce cancellation policies
- complete guest check-ins, room reservation modifications, and guest check-outs
- coordinate with the maintenance and housekeeping team to ensure guest inquiries are handled in timely fashion
- sell lift tickets, ski/board repair packages, snow lessons, dinner reservations, spa appointments, and any other hotel or ski packages as needed by the business and/or guests
- know and adhere to the policies, rules, and protocols outlined in the Resorts of the Canadian Rockies Employee Handbook
- be trained in, know and follow all safe work procedures included in the Safety Management Program
- complete other fair and reasonable tasks as requested by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotels

Qualifications

- Physically fit and able to perform somewhat demanding work
- Comfortable working at a desk for multiple hours at a time




- Experience working in hotels and hospitality is an asset (training provided)
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong commitment to safety and following procedures

- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and use of hands and arms
- Some moderate lifting

Compensation And Benefits

- Competitive wage: $20.00 p/hour as per collective agreement ($20.60 from Jan 1st 2027)
