As a Specialist, you will offer critical support for return-to-work policies and manage interactions with external insurance providers. Your leadership will guide educational efforts and foster collaboration among physicians, managers, and union representatives. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and manage accommodations and attendance initiatives
- Liaise with insurance providers on case management
- Develop and provide instructional materials for stakeholders
- Assist with grievance and arbitration processes
- Collaborate across departments for improved outcomes Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields
- Master of Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
