Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:
- Support the management of the portfolio of information technology initiatives
- Participate in governance committees and various decision-making bodies
- Monitor the progress of projects and strategic initiatives
- Produce dashboards, performance indicators and management reports
- Analyze risks, issues, interdependencies and organizational impacts
- Prepare balance sheets, reports and information necessary for decision-making
- Formulate recommendations to guide portfolio decisions and priorities
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and governance mechanisms
- Collaborate with project teams, managers and stakeholders to ensure consistent portfolio management
- Ensure the quality, consistency and reliability of the management data used in the monitoring of the portfolio.
The profile sought is as follows:
- Hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in information technology, governance or portfolio management
- Have at least five (5) years of experience in program management or organizational transformation
- Operate in complex environments involving several business sectors
- Master governance, accountability and portfolio management practices
- Produce and interpret dashboards, performance indicators and decision-making information
- Demonstrate solid analytical, synthesis and recommendation skills
- Communicate effectively with the various stakeholders and governance bodies
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an asset
- Project Management Professional, SAFe, Lean Six Sigma, Agile Certified Practitioner, Scrum or Portfolio Management certification is an asset.
