- Manage the complete procurement lifecycle across multiple categories, including intake, sourcing, negotiations, supplier and contract management - Support sourcing activities for technology, skilled services and other business needs - Evaluate supplier proposals, pricing and contract terms to ensure best value, risk mitigation and compliance - Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and align procurement strategies with business needs - Lead or support negotiations of commercial terms and contracts - Maintain supplier relationships and support performance management and issue resolution - Track contracts, renewals and spend to identify optimization and cost-savings opportunities - Ensure compliance with internal policies, governance frameworks and regulatory requirements - Contribute to the development and documentation of procurement processes and best practices - Support continuous improvement initiatives including tools, reporting and process standardisation - Partner with Clio teams and suppliers through sourcing and vendor relationship management to support organizational success Requirements - 3-5 years of experience working in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management across multiple categories - Experience leading or supporting supplier negotiations and contract reviews - Proven ability to manage the end to end procurement cycle,
