Here is a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities that will fall to you:

- Provide day-to-day support for monitoring and logging platforms to ensure their availability, performance, and stability
- Administer and ensure the proper functioning of Dynatrace and Splunk solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation related to environments, configurations, and operating processes
- Design dashboards, scripts, monitoring scenarios, and configurations to meet project and user needs
- Act as a technical reference in modeling, simulation and analysis activities
- Apply industry best practices to design, test, implement and support technological solutions
- Ensure compliance with quality, security and compliance requirements related to the supported platforms
- Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with the project, development, operations and business teams
- Participate in production release activities and provide support for technological applications and services
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools and practices for monitoring technology environments

The profile sought is as follows:

- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
- Have a minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years with Dynatrace or Splunk




- Demonstrate experience in operating technological infrastructures and monitoring multi-platform environments
- Use event management and correlation solutions such as Dynatrace or ServiceNow IT Operations Management
- Be proficient in monitoring AIX, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Solaris, and Windows Server servers
- Have an Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification in incident, change, problem, or event management is an asset
- Leverage Dynatrace monitoring modules, including Synthetic Monitoring, Real User Monitoring, OneAgent, Extensions, and Dashboards
- Understand web protocols and standards such as HTTP, REST, and JSON
- Develop scripts using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and use tools such as GitHub and Visual Studio Code
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Ansible, Oracle, DB2, Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix, and virtualization platforms is an asset
- Understand concepts related to enterprise middle-stage applications, databases, web servers, proxy services, and distributed architectures is an asset
- Demonstrate excellent analytical skills, autonomy and collaboration
- Communicate effectively with the various stakeholders and contribute to the resolution of complex problems
