Kitchen Representative – New Division Launch

Floors At Work is one of Ontario's leading wholesale flooring distributors, proudly serving more than 350 retail dealers across Ontario.

As we continue to grow, we are launching a new wholesale kitchen program and are seeking an experienced Kitchen Representative to lead the development and expansion of this division.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who can take ownership of the entire kitchen sales process, from design and quoting to dealer development and project coordination.

Required Experience

Candidates must have previous kitchen industry experience and be proficient in:

- Kitchen design
- Cabinet sales
- Customer consultations
- Estimating and quoting
- Project management
- Dealer relationship management
- Order coordination
- Experience with Cyncly 2020 Design software is required.

Responsibilities

Kitchen Design and Sales

- Conduct kitchen consultations at our Mississauga showroom
- Design kitchen layouts using Cyncly 2020 Design software
- Prepare quotations and project estimates
- Assist customers with cabinet and product selections
- Revise designs as required

Dealer Development

- Introduce the kitchen program to our network of more than 350 dealers across Ontario
- Train dealers on products and the ordering process




- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Identify new business opportunities

Project Coordination

- Review specifications and measurements
- Coordinate orders with suppliers
- Track production schedules and deliveries
- Manage projects from initial consultation to completion
- Resolve issues and provide ongoing support

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of kitchen industry experience preferred
- Advanced knowledge of cabinetry products and kitchen design
- Proficiency with Cyncly 2020 Design software
- Robust sales and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Ontario

Compensation will be a combination of base salary plus commission on percentage of sales.

Only candidates with relevant kitchen industry experience and strong Cyncly 2020 Design experience will be considered.
