- Perform microbiological analysis on incoming ingredients
- Prepare microbiological media and chemical solutions
- Collect environmental samples throughout the facility
- Analyze samples for chemical and microbiological components
- Record analysis data electronically using Microsoft Excel Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or Chemistry
- Experience in a microbiological lab is an asset
- Robust organizational and analytical skills
