Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Labour Relations Specialist plays a vital role in supporting sworn police officers, civilian employees, and peace officers.

This position requires the interpretation of collective agreements and guidance on grievance management, workplace investigations, and arbitration processes. You'll work collaboratively with leaders, union representatives, and HR colleagues to ensure compliant and effective labor relations practices. Key Responsibilities:
