Be part of the Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre as a Lead in Academic Partnerships. Drive biomedical innovation and commercialization pathways while collaborating with top research teams in Montreal. This full time position reports to the Manager of Business Development and focuses on managing the BDO pipeline.

You will advance research from discovery through validation, nurture strong partnerships, and ensure compliance with the McGill innovation ecosystem. Your hands-on mentorship will guide teams through funding applications and validation processes while emphasizing project management excellence. Key Responsibilities:

- Own and maintain BDO project pipeline and documentation




- Coach research teams on innovation maturity and progression
- Facilitate partnerships within the McGill innovation ecosystem
- Coordinate strategic transitions of pipeline projects
- Produce reports and dashboards for stakeholders Requirements:
- Master's Degree in related fields
- 5-7 years in research or innovation settings
- Knowledge of health commercialization pathways
- Bilingual in English and French
